Each Member may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Account balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aple4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify aple4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
aple4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
aple4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, aple4d requires the Member to submit satisfactory documentation confirming identity, age, and payment method ownership.
aple4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification.
All deposits to an aple4d Account must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits made via bank transfer are credited to the Account upon confirmation of receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantaneously. aple4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching the method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Member has completed full KYC verification and submitted a formal payment method change request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit for fully verified Gold-tier Members; standard Members are subject to per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits as published in the Platform's current payment schedule.
aple4d reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security screening, pending KYC completion, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional verification.

Upon permanent Account closure for cause, aple4d reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance that is directly linked to or derived from prohibited conduct. Where the Account balance is not associated with prohibited conduct, aple4d will return the verifiable real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method after completing any necessary investigation.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.
All content on the aple4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of aple4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of aple4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aple4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aple4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at aple4d.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the document.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter Member rights or obligations — aple4d will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or via an in-platform notification banner. Non-material clarifications and typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law applicable to the jurisdiction in which aple4d is licensed and operates. aple4d is a licensed and regulated international online gaming platform; the Platform holds the necessary international gaming authorizations applicable to its operations.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and aple4d, the Member is encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved satisfactorily at this level within 72 hours.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.
